My podcast was born from the men I met in London — many with narcissistic traits, and just as often, deeply broken underneath. Resentment would have been easy. I chose curiosity instead, and decided to build bridges rather than walls.
I believe in second chances, when there's real willingness to change.
I get things wrong. Sometimes spectacularly. I keep trying — because pretending is exhausting, and authenticity is the only thing that truly heals me.
I believe no one can fix another person. But no one can fix themselves alone, either.
I started out as a lawyer in Spain, moved into digital marketing in London, and now I host this podcast while training as a counsellor.
